"Thank you for having us back to your beautiful property again this year. We live here in Greenville, but have started a tradition of staying a couple nights each year around Christmas. I typically do not leave reviews such as this unless someone goes above and beyond expectations and responsibilities. Nancy at the front desk was not only warmly welcoming with a smile on her face, she was also extremely helpful with options for us to do since our room is currently not ready. I went to the University of South Carolina and studied Hospitality (HRTM) and appreciate the value of a high-quality and loyal employee. During my interaction with Nancy it's clear you have just that. If you get a chance please tell her she is doing a wonderful job. Thank you again for having us this year and we'll see you soon."

"From start to finish, we were wow'd by the ambiance, décor, and superb service. Nancy, at the front desk was welcoming, helpful, and extremely informative. We had lunch at Spirit and Bower sitting outside on such a beautiful day, checked into or river view room, and were amazed at the welcome champagne and macrons provided by guest services! Dinner later at the Between the Trees - Nancy was able to secure our reservation at just the time we requested. It was a fantastic meal and again, the service was outstanding! I would (and have) highly recommended this property to my friends and coworkers. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!"
